Katzurin Flour mill

Ben Shemen Str, Tel Aviv

In 2000 the company together with partners aquired the famous Katzurin flour mill and silo.

This was the first of its kind in Tel Aviv dating back to 1935.

The site is located on the East side of the Ayalon highway opposite Azrielli towers and the Hashalom Train Station.

Together with the neighbouring land owners , the site is being rezoned to comprise a large commercial center in the heart of Tel Aviv.
