Darren Platzky, Founder and CEO of Balmoral.

Born in South Africa, Darren moved to Israel in1994.
He initially entered the property field in 1996 when he volunteered to help organize the assembly of 25 families and friends all wishing to live in the Tel Mond area, in one community
In 1997, Darren together with foreign investors founded Balmoral Investments  Limited.

Based on a philosophy of integrity, personal service and a hands-on approach to each and every detail, Darren from his beginnings organizing a small voluntary operation,  has made Balmoral a leading development firm in just twelve years.

Darren holds accounting degrees and joint MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Recanati School of Management, Tel Aviv University, respectively.

Steve Brand, Company Accountant

Made aliya from London in 1995
Steve Joined Balmoral in 2004.
He is responsible for all financial planning and supervision of the companies activities as  well as providing support to foreign clients throughout the development process.
He is a qualified accountant in the UK and in Israel.

Sharona Kafri, Office Manager

Sharona returned to Israel after working for 13 years in the service industry in the United States.
She Joined Balmoral in January 2001
Sharona who is also a qualified councilor is responsible for all administrative activities of the company, client relations, liaising with the local municipalities, councils and building authorities.
